I offer residential and commercial RCO services.
My Roach Clean Outs (a.k.a. RCO) include a complete baseboard treatment and drain treatment (i.e., sinks, showers, tubs, etc.). followed by Fog treatment of any area that is affected by the targeted pest (i.e., the entire kitchen, bathroom(s), etc.)
RCO services will be a minimum of 2 services at $125.00 per service, totaling $250.00, unless additional weeks (at $125.00 per week) are needed due to the severity of the situation. All services are spaced 2 weeks apart.
The RCO service requires everyone (including pets) to leave the home during the service, and there will be a 4hr cooldown period after the service before anyone or any pets can return to the home or business.
(You will be given a prep sheet of how the home/targeted area conditions must be before the service can be completed. If the prep sheet requirements are not met, or if you cancel same-day, there will be a $75.00 trip charge.)
(I’m not responsible for any cleanup or dead roach removal needed at the end or start of any service.)
