I offer residential and commercial trapping services and Monthly rodent services.
The Residential/Commercial trapping service is used for an active rodent problem, for instance, in your shed, your attic, garage, house, and when experiencing damage to any wiring, i.e., vehicles, Hvac systems, yards, plants, lights, etc., as well as keeping any property in tip-top shape.
A residential trapping service includes 5 weeks, with the 1st week being the initial (baiting) service. Then the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th weeks are all trapping services. In the 5th week, we pull all stations/traps from the property. With the exception that if any rodents are caught in the 5th week, the 6th week will be labeled a courtesy trapping follow-up, followed by any additional weeks until no rodents are caught.
All commercial trapping services will need to be evaluated before any pricing/weeks can be given.
(Monthly services are highly recommended after the trapping service to ensure protection of the home/property, and all year round)
(If you cancel same-day, there will be a $75.00 trip charge fee.)
